SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 4-6 business days across India. Remote locations may take an additional 1-2 days.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 have a shipping charge of ₹99.

You can change your shipping address within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our customer service. Once the order is dispatched, address changes are not possible.

Currently, we only ship within India. We deliver to all major cities and towns based on PIN code serviceability.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Submit return requests through our Returns Portal.

Visit our Returns Portal at kanerindia.com/request-return-exchange/, fill out the form, and our team will review your request within 24-48 hours.

Yes, we offer free size and color exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your preferred option isn't available, you can opt for store credit.

Report defective items within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We'll arrange immediate pickup and provide a full refund or replacement.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI payments, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India.

Yes, absolutely! We use SSL encryption and secure payment gateways to protect your financial information. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

 

Yes, COD is available for most locations across India. A small COD handling charge may apply. COD charges are non-refundable in case of returns.

PRODUCT & SIZING

Refer to our detailed size chart available on each product page. Measurements are provided in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

We strive to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. Product images are taken in natural light for the most accurate representation.

Yes, all our products are authentic ethnic wear crafted by skilled artisans. We work directly with weavers and craftspeople to ensure traditional techniques and quality materials.

Currently, we don't offer custom sizing or alterations. However, our size chart is comprehensive to help you find the perfect fit.

ORDERS & ACCOUNT

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement before processing begins. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but you can return items as per our return policy.

You'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched. You can also log into your account to check order status.

While you can checkout as a guest, creating an account helps you track orders, save addresses, earn loyalty points, and enjoy faster checkout for future purchases.

We'll notify you immediately if an item becomes unavailable and offer alternatives or a full refund. Your payment will be processed only when items are in stock.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Each product comes with specific care instructions. Generally, we recommend dry cleaning for embroidered pieces and gentle hand wash or machine wash on delicate cycle for cotton items.

Cotton and some blended fabrics can be machine washed on gentle cycle. Silk, georgette, and heavily embroidered items should be dry cleaned to maintain their quality and longevity.
